There’s a bus stop (number 8) right outside, and street parking is easy to find. The house is strictly no smoking anywhere — I’ve lived here with two female and three male tenants, all of whom are professional and respectful.

I’ve been in the property for a while and have a solid 12-month lease in place. The rent includes average bills for electricity and heating (though those might shift slightly after a notice).
