So, I’ve got this 2012 Renault Scenic 1.6 VVT I-Music – five-door MPV, Embassy Black with cloth seats. It’s been sitting in my garage in Lydbury-North, Shropshire, and I’ve just decided to part with it after using it for years as a family car.

It’s got loads of space – perfect for kids, pets, or just having a full load of gear in the back. The interior’s been well looked after, with all the standard features you’d expect: Bluetooth, USB, CD player, cruise control, digital dash, and a proper trip computer. The wipers are variable, which is a nice touch, and there’s a roof aerial too.

I’ve kept it pretty low maintenance over the years – all the safety bits are there: ABS, ESP, traction control, airbags (front, side, driver and passenger), seat belt pretensioners, and all the load limiter stuff. The seats are split-foldable, so you can turn it into a van if you need to. There’s even a coat hook, cabin air filter, and floor mats.

It’s a manual with alloy wheels, and the boot’s got a cargo net and a rear loading feature – useful for moving things around. I’ve got a full service history and it’s been VDI checked. No flashy extras, just a solid, reliable car that’s been loved and well-maintained.

I’m not selling it for a big sum – it’s £2,245.50 – but I’m happy with what it’s done for me. I’ve only had it for a few years, and it’s been mostly used for family trips and weekend drives.
