I’ve got this sturdy callisthenics frame I picked up a few years ago — it’s been used for bodyweight workouts like dips, incline push-ups, and basic strength training. I’ve kept it well maintained and it’s still in great shape, no rust, solid joints. I’ve been using it at home for a few months now and it’s actually pretty reliable. It’s not fancy, just a solid piece of equipment that works well for basic fitness without needing extra gear.
