So, I’ve decided to part with this caravan after a long time in the business. It’s an Abi Vista with a veranda that faces out to the sea — pretty much the best view you could ask for. Three bedrooms, clean and well-maintained, nothing fancy, just solid care over the years.

It’s actually one of the top rentals on the site and still has guests coming in regularly. I’ve had a lot of good feedback and people really love it. I’m not doing this because I want to, it’s more about a change in direction — I’m moving into something else.

The site has said they wouldn’t sell this exact setup for less than £17k, and they don’t even include the veranda. That’s a big deal. The caravan comes fully stocked — everything you’d need to run a rental, so no buying or setting up.

I’ll still pass on our regular guests if you’re interested, since a lot of them have stayed here and really like it.

Site fees are about £5k a year, which you’d need to pay upfront. Viewings are easy — just drop by on Mondays or Fridays when the guests are moving in and out. No fluff, just real people coming through.

It’s not just a caravan — it’s a working rental, and I’m hoping someone can take it over and keep the good momentum going. Price’s £9 — it’s what I’m asking, and I’m not holding out for more.
