So, I’ve had this 2014 Lexus IS for a few years now – it’s been a reliable daily driver, runs smooth, and the engine and gearbox are both still in decent shape. It’s not a showroom fresh car, honestly – it’s good for its age, just a bit of wear and tear you’d expect from a car that’s been driven regularly.

A few things to note:
- The bonnet needs new pop-up hood hinges (about £260 on eBay or similar – that’s a known fix)
- There are a couple of small dents on the front and rear bumpers, nothing major
- The driver’s side parking light is out and needs replacing
- The leather armrest has a split/tear – not too bad, but noticeable when you look closely
