SONY DVP-NS700V SACD/DVD PLAYER - SILVER
Description
So, I’ve had this SONY DVP-NS700V SACD/DVD player for a few years now, and honestly, it’s been in my kitchen cabinet most of the time — not really used much, just a quiet little piece of tech I kept around for the classics. I’ve only popped it in a handful of times, and it’s still looking like it did when I first got it. No smoke, no pets, no weird stuff — just a clean, quiet home where it’s stayed safe. It’s silver, sleek, and actually looks pretty good on the shelf. The thing is, it handles both SACD and DVD-Video really well — especially the SACD part, which is what I’ve mostly used. The DSD audio processing is solid, and the DVD part has all the standard features: Dolby, DTS, and even that 192kHz/24-bit audio converter. There’s also the Digital Video Enhancer, which makes the video look sharper, and a precision drive system that reads discs smoothly.
I’ve got the remote, power cable, and manual all with it — nothing missing. The display is LCD, and it works fine with SCART, S-Video, and coaxial audio. DVD region code is 2, so it’ll play most discs from around the world.
I’m not charging a fortune — it’s just £45. I’ve kept it in good shape, and I’m happy to part with it. If you’re into quality audio or just want a solid, reliable player that doesn’t take up much space, this one’s worth a look.
No returns, no fuss — just what it is, as seen. If you’ve got questions, I’ll answer them. But if it’s not the right fit, no worries. I’ve kept it for years, and now it’s time to find a new home.
