Grundfos UP20-07N Hot Water Circulation Pump

I’ve had this Grundfos UP20-07N pump for a few years now and it’s been running smoothly in my old house. It’s perfect for keeping hot water circulating in the bath and shower, especially when you’ve got underfloor heating. I’ve got it set up with a timer so it only runs when I’m likely to need hot water — saves energy and keeps the system running quietly. The pump is a solid unit, no shaft seal, just two gaskets, which means it’s pretty low maintenance. I’m moving out and just decided to part with it.
