Milk Churn Marked Nestlé 3303

Description

Got this old milk churn from a family farm in Monifieth, Angus – it’s marked Nestlé 3303 on the side, though the lid doesn’t match and says Unigate Creameries. It’s a bit of a mismatch, but it’s still solid and looks like it’s been used over the years. Diameter’s about 13½ inches, rises to 17 inches at the shoulder, and the lid sits at 22 inches high. Opening’s 8½ inches. I’ve kept it in a dry place since I moved it to my cottage. If you’re into vintage kitchen stuff or just want a piece of history, it’s a keeper. Collection preferred, though I can send it via parcel delivery – it’s a 10kg box, 70x40x40cm. P&P not included, but I’ll give you a rough idea of what it’d cost (about £18.74 via Parcelforce). It’s £45, but I’m not going to mention that too much – just thought I’d share it in case you’re interested.
