I’m selling my 2020 VW Caddy Maxi Life 2.0 TDI DSG – it’s a proper conversion from new by Allied Vehicles and has been well looked after. It’s got everything you’d want for a wheelchair or scooter user: five seats, a lowered rear floor, and a lightweight rear ramp that folds flat. The ramp is 75cm wide and 130cm long (up to the winch), with an entry height of 142cm – so it’s easy to get into without any hassle.

It’s had a solid service history: 2,482 miles in 2022, then 5,914 miles in 2024, and a full multi-point pre-delivery inspection at 11,197 miles with Michael Harraway Cars. All the key safety bits are there – ABS brakes, airbags, side airbags, heated windscreen, power steering, cruise control, and all the modern bits like Bluetooth, air con, rear parking sensors, and electric windows.

I’ve kept it clean and low mileage, and it’s been through a full MOT check, with the next one due in June 2026. Road tax is £195 for 12 months, and I’ve got two keys and the owner’s manual with it.

I’m based in Ballynahinch, Newry – just a short drive from the main roads. I’ve used this vehicle for years and it’s been reliable, so I’m happy to pass it on.
