2025 MG HS 1.5 T-GDI Trophy 5-door hatchback
Description
So I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2025 MG HS 1.5 T-GDI Trophy with the 5-door hatchback, automatic transmission, and all the tech stuff you’d expect from a modern MG. It’s got that sharp, sporty look with 19-inch blade-style alloy wheels, and the interior is clean and well-maintained.Inside, it’s got a 12.3-inch touchscreen, a virtual driver display, and full Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You can actually use it like a smartphone — navigation, music, messaging — all in the car. There’s also a 360-degree camera, blind spot detection, lane keep assist, and a forward collision warning. The adaptive cruise control is handy on long drives, and traffic jam assist helps when you’re stuck in a queue.
The seats are comfy — heated front seats, 4-way passenger adjustment, and even a 3-stage front seat heater. The second row has a 60/40 fold-down seat, so it’s easy to fit in kids or extra gear. There’s a rear bench seat with three headrests, and all the safety stuff is solid: airbags, side curtain airbags, ABS, ESP, and even a tyre pressure monitor.
I’ve used it for daily commuting and weekend trips — it’s reliable, handles well, and the tech feels modern without being overcomplicated. The only thing I’ll say is it’s a bit more expensive than some of the other MGs, so I’ve kept it well maintained and driven it regularly.
It’s currently in Turriff, Aberdeenshire, and I’ve just moved it there after years of keeping it in London. I’m not selling it to anyone who’s just looking for a basic hatchback — this one has features, and I’m happy to show it around if you’re interested.
The asking price is £21,988.80 — not a lot of people know how much it costs, so I figured I’d just say it out loud.
If you’re into cars with a bit of tech and a decent balance of practicality and style, this might be worth a look. I’ve been driving it for a couple of years now, and it’s been solid. I’ll be honest — it’s not the cheapest car out there, but it does what it’s supposed to, and I’ve kept it in good shape.
No need to jump through hoops — just give me a quick chat if you’re interested.
