2016 Peugeot 108 1.0 Active 3dr Hatchback Petrol Manual
Description
So I’ve had this little Peugeot 108 for just over 7 years now – it’s a solid, no-frills little hatchback that’s been super reliable. I’ve actually kept it in great shape, so it’s got a full service history and’s been well looked after. It’s a 1.0 litre petrol with manual gearbox, and the ride is surprisingly smooth for a small car. The interior is clean and practical – square Jusa cloth seats, 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and even a USB socket and a 3.5mm aux for your old speaker. I still use the DAB radio and it plays tunes just fine.
There’s a decent amount of tech: driver seat height adjustment, electric front windows, power steering, and a height-adjustable steering wheel. The rear seats fold 50/50 and have ISOFIX mounts – perfect if you ever need to carry a couple of kids or fit a larger load. I’ve got rear head restraints too, and the side windows pop out, which is handy for getting in and out.
Safety-wise, it’s got ABS, ESP with hill assist, front and rear curtain airbags, side airbags, and a decent array of features like tyre pressure monitoring, seatbelt alarm, and a Thatcham Cat 2 immobiliser. There’s even a service indicator and speed limiter, which I found useful when I was driving long distances.
I bought it when it was new, and it’s been mostly used for daily commuting. I’ve kept it in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, and it’s been parked in a quiet spot most of the time. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable, roomy for its size, and actually feels quite comfortable after a while.
I’m not selling it for a lot – it’s just a bit of a personal vehicle I’ve grown attached to. If you’re looking for a dependable, low-maintenance hatchback with decent tech and safety features, this one might be worth a look. The price is £4,041, but I’m happy to chat if you’re interested.
(No need to rush – it’s not the most exciting car, but it’s been a solid daily driver and has actually stood the test of time.)
