So, I’ve got this 2016 Renault Captur – diesel, manual, 5-door, with the Dynamique S trim and navigation. It’s been well looked after, and I’ve kept it mostly on the road, not sitting in a garage.

I picked it up from A.S.K Motors back in Newcastleton, Scottish Borders – they’ve been doing cars since 1988, family-run, and I’ve actually driven a few of their vehicles before, so I trust the quality. They do pre-delivery inspections, all cars are HPi clear, and come with a full RAC warranty.

The car has a 1.5 dCi engine (90ps), Euro 6 compliance, and safety belt pretensioners – nothing fancy, but it’s solid. It’s a practical SUV for the family, decent fuel economy, and the manual gearbox gives you a bit of control.

I’ve had it for a few years now, mostly used for commuting and weekend trips. It’s not flashy, but it gets the job done.

There’s a RAC Gold warranty on it (12 months, £300 cover) – includes engine, brakes, suspension, and more – and I’ve also got a 6-month RAC Gold as standard. Full terms are in the document, but I’ve seen it and it’s solid.

The price is £4,949.10 – not the most expensive, but I’m just looking to get rid of it and move on.
