Just moved into this bright, modern studio in Bohun Grove — it’s actually in Spondon, Derby now, so I’m not going to be listing it in Hertfordshire. The place has a front door right off the road, a proper bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and cosy.

I’ve been living here for a few months now and it’s been a solid setup — no students, no pets, no smoking, and definitely not for families or kids. All bills are around £250 a month, so that’s something to keep in mind. There’s good parking on the road, but only for one person.

I’m not taking any more people — just me. It’s available from August 2025, and I need a 6-month minimum term. The property is fully furnished, and I’ve been using it as my home base.
