I’ve had this Thule Ocean 80 roof box for a couple of years now and it’s been a real game-changer for my car. It’s black glossy, looks clean and fits right in with the rest of my gear. I’ve used it for everything from camping gear to seasonal stuff, and it’s never let me down.

It’s got a rear opening, so loading and unloading is easy — no need to wrestle with the front. I love that it slots right onto the roof without blocking the trunk, which means I can still fit in groceries or a weekend kit when I’m on the move.

The U-Bolt mount is solid — it’s secure, doesn’t wobble, and works well with my Thule WingBar Evo. I’ve had it on for long drives, through the rain, and even a bit of winter weather, and it’s held up fine. It’s tested for crashes and exposure, so I feel confident it’ll last.

It holds up to 50kg, which is more than enough for most things I’ve thrown in. Comes with two luggage straps and a locking point — useful for keeping things secure when I’m out and about.
