Vintage wooden serving trolley

Description

This old wooden serving trolley is probably from the early 1900s – pretty ornate, with a sturdy build. It's about 82cm tall, 68cm wide, and 49cm deep, so it’s not super narrow. The wheels turn smoothly, and I’ve given it a good clean. I stripped off a bit of the old polish and sanded it down a little – it’s looking fresh again. I’ve used it a few times around the kitchen, and it’s still solid. It’s from Thornton-Cleveleys, Norcross, and I’m just passing it on. Might be a bit of a chunky piece, but it’s got character and would work well in a kitchen or even as a dining table centerpiece. I’ve kept it in a dry spot, so it’s not been exposed to much moisture. If you’re into vintage pieces, this one might just fit your space.
