So, I’ve got this 2013 Vauxhall Astra GTC VXR hatchback — it’s a 3-door, manual, and runs that classic white with black VXR aero bits and a black leather interior. Not a flashy car by any means, but it’s got a real punch under the hood.

It’s only done 56k miles, which is pretty low for a car this age. The engine’s a hybrid turbo setup, remapped to give around 350bhp — it’s got a six-speed manual, front-wheel drive via a Drexler limited-slip diff, and all the upgrades you’d expect: Brembo brakes, Scorpion exhaust, upgraded clutch with a lightweight flywheel, better fuel pump, and an uprated intercooler with new solenoids. The turbo’s been swapped out for the hybrid version.

I’ve kept it well maintained — the service history goes back to when it came off the lot at Vauxhall, and there’s a stack of receipts. All the work done is documented, and it’s been properly looked after.

I’m based in Coleraine, Causeway Coast and Glens District, so it’s easy to get to if you’re around there. It’s not a daily driver, but it’s solid, well-specified, and runs great.
