Hey there — I’m looking for some fresh, energetic drummers to join two local bands in Billingham, Stockton-on-Tees. We’re playing Power-Pop, Classic Rock, and New Wave in that retro revival vibe — think Blondie, Queen, The Who (just musically), Foo Fighters, Beatles, Squeeze, Talking Heads, and Jefferson Airplane. We’re gig-ready, have solid connections, and actually do some real shows.

If you're in it, you’ve gotta be able to play solidly and stay in the moment — not just play, but *feel* the music. We’re not looking for someone who’s into metal or DnB — that’s not our lane.

Key things:
- You need to live close enough to get to gigs easily (we’re based in Billingham, Stockton-on-Tees — no long drives!)
- You’ve got an acoustic kit and a reliable way to get it to gigs
- You love this kind of music and can deliver the energy, precision, and timing it needs
- You’re probably in your 20s (but not strict — just someone who’s in a phase where they’re still growing and flexible)
- You’re available on weekends, and can fit in occasional weekday rehearsals
- You can manage other stuff — work, studies, family, whatever — it’s not about being perfect, just being real
- You’re not on the hook for a lot of money — some gigs are paid, others are just "shop-window" (we’re picky about that)
- Bonus if you’ve got a fun style — a cool outfit, a quirky look — it helps set the vibe
