Got this old Chinese vase sitting in my home in Tywyn, Gwynedd, and I’m finally ready to part with it. It’s a classic blue and white piece, with painted scenes of mountains, ocean, and cherry blossoms — quite a beautiful set of images. The base has Chinese characters that say it was made during the Yongzheng era of the Qing Dynasty, which is a nice little detail. It’s about 34cm tall, 20cm wide at the widest point, and 11.5cm at the base. Comes with its original wooden mount, which I’ve kept intact.
