Description

So, I’ve been keeping this 2013 Ford C-Max Titanium TDCI on the shelf for a while now — it’s one of the few diesel MPVs I’ve actually kept running properly, and honestly, it’s been a solid workhorse.

It’s got 135,000 miles on it, and I went through it with a fine tooth comb — no major issues, just a bit of wear and tear. The air conditioning works, cruise control, electric windows and mirrors, alloy wheels, anti-lock brakes, and all the safety bits are there. Steering’s adjustable, there’s power steering, central locking, trip computer, traction control, and even ISOFIX points.

That said, the radio doesn’t work — nothing at all — and there are a few light scratches around, mostly on the doors and the roof. Nothing that looks like it’s been damaged or tampered with, just the kind of stuff you get after 13 years of decent use.

I found it through CJS Autos Ltd, where Robert Hood has been running the shop since 1979 — he’s been in the motor trade for over 30 years, mostly working in main dealerships. Kieran’s been with him for 19 years and really keeps things running smooth. They’re not pushy about sales — just take your time, look around, and ask questions. All the cars are hand-picked, and they’ve got a 3-month warranty, a new MOT if needed, and a professional valet. You can extend it up to 36 months if you want — £1000 claim limit, unlimited claims in the first year.

I don’t have a warranty on this one because it’s a part-exchange, but it’s been checked properly and it runs fine. It’s not a showroom car, just a real, practical vehicle that’s been used and loved.

It’s currently sitting at Plumberow Avenue, Hockley, Essex — easy to get to if you’re in the area. If you're thinking about it, I’d be happy to chat. No pressure, just a straightforward car for a reasonable price — £1,793.70, but that’s not what matters. What matters is whether it fits your needs.

If you’re in the market for a practical, no-nonsense MPV with solid mechanics and a bit of character — this one’s worth a look.
