2019 Renault Captur 1.5 dCi ENERGY Iconic Euro 6 5-door hatchback diesel manual
Description
So, I’ve had this 2019 Renault Captur for a few years now, and honestly, it’s been one of the most reliable little cars I’ve owned. It’s the ENERGY Iconic trim, Euro 6 compliant, diesel, 1.5L engine — nothing flashy, just solid. I picked it up new, and it’s been in great shape ever since.Inside, it’s got a decent MediaNav system with Bluetooth, automatic climate control (one-touch demist is a lifesaver in winter), and hands-free start with a key card — makes getting in and out of the car way easier, especially when you’ve got a kid or two. There’s also rear parking sensors, which I’ve found super useful when parking in tight spots.
The insurance group is low, which meant cheaper premiums over the years — I’ve kept that in mind when deciding to sell. Fuel economy’s been solid too, around 53 mpg, and CO2 emissions are pretty low for a diesel. It’s not the fastest or most flashy car, but it gets the job done without breaking the bank.
I’ve had it through a few seasons of rain, snow, and summer heat, and it’s held up well. It’s not flashy, but it’s practical — and I’m not going to lie, I’ve never had a problem with it.
It’s currently parked in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, and I’m looking to part ways with it. The 12-month warranty still applies, so if you’re thinking of getting it, it’s a bit of a safety net.
Price’s at £7,191 — not bad for a used diesel hatchback that’s been well-maintained. If you're after something practical, efficient, and not too expensive to run, this one might just fit the bill.
