Got this old Pro Power sit-up bench from my garage in Crewe, Cheshire East. It’s been in my gym setup for years and I’ve used it a lot for core work—sit-ups, planks, all that stuff. Still holds up, just not as much as it used to. I’m parting ways with it now, honestly just not using it much anymore.
