Got this little Gibson MB-JR lying around for years, and honestly, it’s one of those instruments that just feels right in your hands. It’s a classic from the 1920s, solid build, clean lines, and the hardware gives off that old-school confidence you can feel when you pick it up. Not a showpiece, but it’s solid and plays well — just like it’s meant to. The usual wear and tear from age is visible, but nothing that really bothers you if you look closely. I’ve taken the old strings out and put in a new GHS A240 set — these are a solid choice for this kind of instrument. The bag’s not original, but it’s a decent modern one and keeps it safe. I’ve been keeping it in a closet for a while now, and it’s finally time to find a new home. Photos are a bit rough, so please check them carefully before you decide.
