Got this pull up bar a few years ago when I started doing more at-home workouts. It’s been used lightly, mostly for bodyweight exercises and basic strength training. The grips are still solid, and I’ve used different ones to work out various muscles—shoulders, arms, back. It’s a simple, sturdy thing that fits well in a doorway. I’ve kept it in my garage at home in Royston, Cambridgeshire, Spaldwick. It’s not fancy, but it’s been reliable.
