Got this saxophone from a house clearance in Stromness, Orkney Islands — it’s a Hawkes & Sons from the 20th century, model 588889. Engraved with a 'b' and an A military arrow, P 6584. Looks like it’s all together and plays pretty well, though I’m not sure exactly how old it is or where it came from. It’s a bit of a curiosity, honestly — not sure if it’s ever been played much.
