This little wooden coffee table was a surprise find in an antique shop last week – August’s final week. It’s not fancy, just a simple, sturdy piece with some natural wear. The wood has a soft grain, and the surface is slightly scratched from years of use. I only ever use it for a cup of tea or a book, so it’s been kept mostly in one spot. I’m letting it go because I’ve moved things around and don’t need it anymore. It’s in great shape overall, just not the kind of thing I’d buy new. £0.90, but I’m not asking for much.
