I’ve got a double room available in a nice house right by the river, just beside Exeter Quay. There are three rooms — small, medium, and large — all with space for a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, and a desk. The house is quiet, well-kept, and the view is pretty nice.It’s close to the city centre, train stations, and I’ve got good access by car if you’re driving. Supermarkets, cafes, and the Riverside leisure centre are all just a short walk away. I’ve got a few parking permits left if you need them.
Rent is around £600–£660 per month (bills included), so no surprise extras. Bills cover utilities, broadband, TV licence, and council tax — everything’s sorted. I live nearby, so if anything comes up, I’m just a quick phone call away.
