I’ve had this Land Rover Discovery Sport for a few years now, and it’s been a solid daily driver — especially for weekend trips around Kent. It’s a 2017 model with the 2.0 SD4 diesel, 4WD, and all the smart bits you’d expect from a proper Land Rover. The paint is Santorini Black Metallic, and it’s been properly maintained with a full dealer service history — that’s a big plus.

Inside, it’s all about comfort and tech. Leather seats, heated front seats, keyless entry and start — I’ve actually used the keyless start a lot, which makes parking easier. The cabin is quiet, and the Meridian sound system with 11 speakers and a subwoofer really brings the music to life. I’ve used the DAB radio and Bluetooth a fair bit, especially when I’m on calls or listening to music on the go.

The navigation is a big one — 10.2 inch touchscreen with GPS, lane keep assist, traffic sign recognition, and rear assist camera. I’ve used it for long drives, and it’s been pretty reliable. There’s also a collision warning system, lane departure warning, and rear parking sensors — helps when I’m backing up in tight spaces.

It’s got all the premium features you’d find in a well-equipped SUV: cruise control, heated steering wheel, all-terrain progress control, and even rain-sensing wipers. I’ve driven it through a few different weather conditions, and it handles well.

I bought it secondhand, and it’s been through a proper RAC-approved inspection. There’s a three-year warranty available too — I didn’t need it at first, but I’ve kept it in good shape, and it’s never had any major issues.
