2022 Peugeot 2008 1.2 PureTech 155 GT Premium 5dr Estate

I’ve had this Peugeot 2008 for a few years now – it’s been my go-to for family trips and weekend drives around Fife. The 1.2 PureTech engine runs smoothly, and the 10-inch touchscreen in the i-Cockpit is actually pretty easy to use, especially with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. I’ve used it a lot for long drives, and the lane keep assist and blind spot monitoring really help when I’m on the motorway.

The interior’s clean and modern – I like the black diamond roof and the gloss black trim details, especially the head-up display and the LED lights. The reversing camera is solid, and the mirror screen with mirror link is a real life-saver when parking. I’ve also got a lot of features like speed limit recognition, driver attention warning, and the start/stop system – it’s not flashy, but it’s useful.

It’s a bit of a big car for a hatchback, but the 1/3 to 2/3 fold seats mean I can squeeze in a bit more space when needed. The USB ports are plenty – front and back – and the DAB radio works well. The heated mirrors and automatic wipers are nice little touches.

I bought it new through Vospers back in 2022, and they’ve been great with aftercare and servicing. It’s got a 12-month warranty and roadside assistance included, which I’ve actually used once when I had a flat tyre on the A9 – they came out quickly and sorted it.

I’m moving house to Dunfermline, Fife, so I’m not selling it to someone else, but I’m keeping it in the family.
