Delonghi bean to cup coffee machine

Got this Delonghi bean-to-cup machine a few years ago and it’s been a real lifesaver for coffee mornings. But lately, it’s been acting up—like it’s working one day and then just… nothing. It powers on and says “heating up,” but the heating element never actually heats. I’ve tried the test mode and it doesn’t draw any power at all, which makes me think it might be the element, thermostat, or fuse. Honestly, I don’t know what’s going on—just know it’s not reliable anymore. The pump, grinder, and brew group all still work fine though. I’ve lived in a smoke and pet-free home all this time, so it’s been kept well. It’s not a big deal to me anymore—just a bit of a mess in the morning now. If you’ve got a bit of electrical knowledge or just want to tinker with it, I’d be happy to pass it on. Price is £27, but I’m just giving it away as it’s not worth fixing.
