Hey, I’m just sharing this in case anyone’s looking for a swap. I’ve got a solid 1-bedroom flat in Kelty, Fife – it’s not RTB and I’ve actually lived in it for a while now. The place is quiet, in a small block, and I’ve got a decent storage cupboard inside. It’s on the first floor, so no stairs at all if you’re not used to them.

I’ve got good transport links – train station’s right next door, and it’s super easy to get around. There’s a Sainsbury’s, Tesco, off-licence, butcher, food shops, pharmacy, school, and even a leisure centre all nearby. Aldi’s a bit further up the road but still easy to reach.

The flat is tastefully decorated, clean, and not too noisy – it’s actually quite peaceful. It’s a good spot for someone who wants to be near things without being in the middle of a busy area.

I’m looking to move into something bigger for me and my son, and I’d really like to get closer to family. I’m not tied to a specific area, but south London or Kent would be ideal – though I’m open to other places too.

Rent’s around £857 a month (includes service charge), which is manageable. I don’t need a fancy place, just something with space and a bit more room.
