Soft Tulle for tutu/dressmaking

Description
I’ve got this soft tulle I bought for making baby tutus — it’s actually really smooth, not that scratchy stuff you see in stores. I’ve got three full rolls: lilac, white, and mauve, each 15.24cm wide and about 22.86m long. Plus two half rolls of lilac and mauve, and a small bit of baby pink — roughly a third of a roll. There’s also 2.4m of stretchy band for tutus and headbands. I’m not sure how much I’ll end up using, but it’s all in one bundle.
