2020 Vauxhall Crossland X 1.5 Turbo D Griffin SUV
Description
I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now, mostly just for getting around town and weekend trips – it’s been solid. The 1.5 turbo diesel gives it good range and fuel efficiency, which I really appreciate when I’m driving in the city or on the motorway.Inside, it’s pretty comfortable – air conditioning keeps things cool in summer and warm in winter, and the DAB radio plays clear without any static. The seats are comfortable, especially with the height-adjustable headrests, and there’s a decent amount of storage space, including a full carpeted boot and door pockets with a bottle holder.
The look is modern and clean – 17-inch alloy wheels with diamond-cut spokes give it a sharp, sporty vibe, and the LED daytime running lights make it stand out without being flashy. I’ve used the cruise control quite a bit, especially on long drives, and it helps take some of the strain off.
Safety features are pretty comprehensive: ABS, airbags, side-impact protection, electronic brakeforce distribution, and even a front camera system. There’s also a full curtain airbag setup, which is a nice touch. The interior is mostly black with some chrome accents – the door handles, trim, and grille all look sharp.
I bought it new in 2020, and it’s been well-maintained. The only thing I’ve done is a few minor service checks, and it’s been reliable so far. It’s not flashy, but it gets the job done – quiet, steady, and practical.
I’m based in Newnham, Borough of Swale, and it’s just a short drive from the nearest main roads. I’m not looking to sell it fast, just happy to part with it if someone finds it useful. If you’re interested, I’ll be happy to chat – no pressure, just a straightforward handover.
(Yes, it’s a bit on the expensive side – I’ve kept it for a few years, so it’s not new, but it’s still in great shape and runs well.)
