Description

So, I’ve just had a litter of cocker spaniel puppies — all born healthy, well-tested, and ready to go. Mum’s name is Beau, and she’s a KC-registered girl we’ve bred ourselves. She’s absolutely sweet, super calm, and one of the most loving dogs you’ll ever meet. We picked her at 2 weeks old, brought her home at 8 weeks, and she’s been on a steady diet of love, walks, and fun — off-lead runs through forests, streams, and canals. It’s just the kind of life a dog deserves, and the pups love it too.

Beau is DNA clear for all the common cocker diseases — PRCD, FN, PRA, CDPA, MH, PFK, EIC, DM — and she’s been under close vet care from start to finish, thanks to two vets in the family. She’s in great shape, and the puppies will be raised right here in Leighton Buzzard, Central Bedfordshire, with the family.

The dad, Alfie, is a gorgeous, gentle boy too — KC registered, health tested, and fully clear for PRCD, FN, AMS, PRA, PFK, EIC, DM, and PP. He’s got a BVA hip score of 4/4 and is unaffected in his eye testing (PLA grade 0 — the best possible). He’s a calm, friendly guy who loves to snuggle and gets on super well with kids and other dogs.

Charlie, our grandad, is a Russian import — top quality, KC registered, sired by a Crufts Supreme Champion, and DNA tested clear for PRCD, PRA, FN, EIC, and DM. His pedigree’s full of champions, and he’s a solid, strong male.

The inbreeding coefficient for this litter is just 1.6% — way below the breed average of 10. or so — which means these puppies are going to be healthier and more resilient.

I’ve been in dog breeding for years, and I really believe in giving puppies a great start — not just in food and care, but in socialisation, confidence, and knowing how to live well with people. I’m using the puppy culture early socialisation program, so they’ll grow up happy, outgoing, and well-adjusted.

All the puppies will be:
- Weaned by 8 weeks
- Wormed with Panacure 10%
- Microchipped, vaccinated with a full injection card
- Vet-checked by my sister (a vet) and an independent vet
- Supplied with a blanket that smells like mum and siblings, plus toys
- Given a folder with info, DNA results from both parents, and a pack of goodies
- Fully socialised with people and other dogs

I’ve been in contact with previous puppy owners — they’re happy to give 100% references, and I’ve seen how these little ones go on to do amazing things: one works with the police, one’s a lead dog for kids with special needs, one’s great in agility, and one even stars in a TV advert.

The pups were born on 10th July and will be ready to go around 4th September — I can keep them a bit longer if you’re on holiday or have a busy schedule.

Pictures are of Beau’s previous litter and this one — not actual puppies, but they give you a real sense of the family.

I’ll be offering full support after they go home — advice, help, anything you need.

If you’re interested, just get in touch and I’ll add you to the waiting list. A £300 deposit secures your pup — that’s all.

No pressure, no fluff — just real, honest, dog-loving stuff. I’ve never imagined life without dogs, and I’m really excited to share these little ones with the right family.
