I'm letting out a double room in a quiet, garden-facing house — no side rooms, just a simple layout. It’s right next to the toilet and the downstairs kitchen is right beside the bathroom, so it’s tidy and easy to get around. The place is about halfway between East and Heathway, just a 4-minute walk or a short bus ride from the stations. There’s a medical centre, a park, and a few local shops nearby. East Ham is 10 minutes by tube, and it’s about 15 minutes by bus to the Elizabeth line. The tenants are Indian and Pakistani, so we’re looking for one or two friends to share the space. It’s a bit of a chill vibe — all bills are covered. If you're a single person and want a special rate, just give me a call. The house is on Station Road in Kilgetty.
