Vintage Painted Chest of Drawers – Farrow & Ball Eggshell Finish

Description

This old chest of drawers is from the early 1900s, Edwardian era, and is solid mahogany with traditional dovetail joints – very sturdy and well-made. The drawers all slide smoothly on wooden runners, and the liners and bottoms are oak, so no sagging. It’s been carefully restored and professionally painted in Farrow & Ball eggshell, which gives a soft, even finish that looks great and lasts.

The original brass handles have been replaced with classic Art Deco solid brass drop handles – a nice touch that adds character. I’ve kept it in good shape through the years, and now it’s just waiting for a new home.
