I’m parting ways with my 2022 VW Tiguan 1.5 TSI Life – it’s been a solid driver for me over the years, and I’m happy to get rid of it. It’s a five-door SUV with a manual gearbox, so it’s not too flashy, but it’s got loads of practical features.

The interior is clean and well-maintained – I’ve kept it running smoothly with regular service checks. It has 3-zone climate control, a DAB+ radio with navigation and streaming, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and a good bit of tech like adaptive cruise control, lane assist, and parking sensors. The seats are comfortable with height and lumbar adjustments, and there’s a good amount of storage – including USB-C ports and 12V sockets in the console and boot.

It comes with a full service history, MOT, HPI check, and a 128-point inspection. I’ve had it through a proper full vehicle check and it’s been fully valeted. The alloy wheels are 18-inch Frankfurt style, and the body is well-treated with heat-insulating glass and body-coloured bumpers and mirrors.

I’ve been driving it for a few years now, and it’s never been far from being ready for a road trip. It’s been through a few minor changes, but nothing major – just a few small upgrades over the years.

It’s in westhoughton, Bolton, and I’m not planning to keep it any longer. I’ve actually paid £16,199.10 for it when I bought it, and it’s been a great value for how reliable it’s been.

If you’re looking for a solid, well-equipped SUV that’s been properly looked after, this one’s a decent option. Just don’t expect it to be a showstopper – it’s more about practicality and reliability than style.
