This van’s been in my family for years – not a workhorse, not a second-hand jobber. Since March 19, it’s been just me, driving it like a proper car, no shortcuts, no shortcuts in maintenance. I’m retiring because of health reasons, and this van has been treated like a real car – regular servicing, full care, and every single part I’ve replaced has been done properly.

It’s a Euro 6, only done 90k miles, serviced every 10k, and early this year I gave it a proper overhaul: wet belts, dual mass flywheel and clutch, suspension arms, wheel bearings, all the brakes and pads, four new tyres, and a fresh battery – all over £4k.

It looks and drives like a 23 plate, and it’s got the full kit – cruise control, heated windscreen and mirrors, electric windows, folding mirrors, leather steering wheel, alloy wheels, LED lights. It’s a trend model, so it’s got everything you’d expect.

I’ve never sold one of these before, and I’m not selling it for a quick cash grab – it’s been my daily companion for over 20 years. It’s been in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, and I’m just passing it on.
