I’ve had this squat rack and bench press setup for a few years now, mostly for home workouts. It’s been a real game-changer for getting in shape without needing a gym. The frame’s solid, fully adjustable so it fits different heights and exercise styles – I’ve used it for squats, bench presses, incline presses, and all sorts of variations. Only a few small marks and a bit of dust, nothing that affects how it works. It’s not brand new, but it’s still in great shape and runs smoothly.
