Lawn edge trimmer

Description

Got this old Sheffield steel lawn edge trimmer tucked away in my garage – it’s not flashy, but it’s solid. I found it in a storage box at my dad’s place, and it’s been sitting there for years. It’s a pre-war kind of tool, probably from the 1930s or 40s, and was likely used by estate or sports ground staff back then. The handle’s a bit worn, but the blade’s still sharp and cuts like a dream. I’ve used it a couple of times to trim the edges of my garden, and it’s way better than most modern ones I’ve seen.
