Garage space to rent

Description

Got a garage space available in Carnforth, Lancaster — it’s a lock-up, no electricity, just for storage. About 16ft long by 8ft wide (4.9m x 2.4m), so it’s got room for a car or a few boxes. I’ve had it checked by the maintenance team, so it’s in decent shape, but no internal viewings — you’ll have to come and see it yourself to make sure it’s what you’re after.

It’s 24/7 access, and I’m looking for a 6-month minimum rental. Payment is quarterly in advance — March 25th, June 24th, September 29th, and December 25th. If you want to move out, you’ll need to give three months’ notice on the quarter days.

The rent is £35 a week, deposit is £250 (refundable), and there’s a one-off set-up fee of £58.80. ID and proof of address are needed to get it sorted.

If you're thinking of using it, just reach out — first come, first served. I’ll be honest, I’ve only just moved to Carnforth, so it’s not the most convenient spot, but it’s a solid spot for storage if you’re in the area.
