Stihl TS400 Cut-Off Saw – Fully Rebuilt and Tested

I’ve had this Stihl TS400 for a few years now, and after a full strip and rebuild, it’s running better than ever. I’m getting rid of it because I’ve moved to Somerset, England, and don’t need it anymore.

It’s not just cleaned or “serviced” — I took it all apart, replaced the cylinder, piston, rings, and top-end bearings with OEM parts (no cheap eBay bits here). All gaskets, crank bearings, seals, air filters, fuel filter, fuel line, and spark plug (NGK) were swapped out. I even pressure and vacuum tested it — it’s airtight and runs cleanly.

I’ve used it on site work, landscaping, and a few serious DIY jobs, and it’s been reliable. If you’ve got a non-runner TS400 or 410, I’ll take it in exchange — just let me know.
