Also, just 10 minutes walk to the Uber boat, which is handy if you're into that. Need a month’s deposit plus one month’s rent upfront, and no benefits accepted. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense setup—just looking for someone who’s comfortable with the basics and gets around the area. Price is £9, but I’ll keep that out of the title.
