Tesla, BMW, Mercedes EVs and Hybrids for Rent or Buy

So, I’ve been running a small car hire thing out of Ely, Cambridgeshire, 33 — not a big operation, just me and a few cars, mostly electric these days. I’ve got a solid mix of Teslas, BMWs, Mercedes, and a few hybrids on the books, all with real-world use in mind — whether you're doing Uber, Bolt, or just need a reliable car for daily runs.

I’ve got a Tesla Model 3 Long Range (good range, 389 miles), a Model S Long Range (393 miles), and a 7-seater Model X Long Range (315 miles) — perfect for families or trips with a lot of people. The Model X is a 7-seater, so it’s good for longer trips or sharing with friends.

On the BMW side, I’ve got a few plug-in hybrids — the 530e SE and M Sport models, plus a 330e SE — all great for city driving with lower fuel costs. The 745Le is a luxury exec car, and the i5 M Sport is a bit of a standout — good for those who want a bit of style with performance.

Mercedes has the EQE and EQS — both fully electric, with the EQS being a bit more premium. The EQV is a 7-seater electric MPV, which is handy for bigger groups. I’ve also got a new Toyota Proace Verso 9-seater and a Maxus Mifa 9 in different trims — useful for UberXL or group trips.

I’ve got a few affordable EVs too — like the MG5 EV, which has a decent range and a nice interior, and the Hyundai IONIQ and Kia Niro hybrids. All of these are ready to go with insurance, MOT, tyres, and road tax included.

One thing I’ve found is that EV assistance cuts your weekly cost by £75 for 40 weeks — that’s a real saving if you’re on a tight budget. I can also help you pre-book airport jobs up to three days in advance, which means you can earn extra income while using the car.

I don’t do credit checks, so if you’re just getting into car hire or want to rent-to-buy, it’s a smooth start. I’m also good with Uber, Bolt, Ola, and a few other apps — just let me know what you’re using.

If you’re looking for something practical, eco-friendly, and low-maintenance — and you don’t want to deal with all the hassle of insurance or mechanics — this might be a decent option.
