Description
I'm moving out of Stockbridge-Hampshire, Test Valley, and letting this studio in a quiet spot on Rosebank Avenue. It's a self-contained flat with a clean, modern feel — open-plan living, a small kitchenette with all the basics, and a proper en-suite shower. The windows face the street, so it's bright and feels really airy. I’ve been living here for a while and it’s been a solid, comfortable home for me. The place is just a few minutes’ walk from Sudbury Hill Station (Piccadilly Line) and Sudbury & Harrow Road (National Rail), so you’re not far from central London or the main road. There are local shops, cafes, and parks right nearby — nothing too far if you're into walking. Water and internet bills are included, so it's basically set up for you to just move in and go. I’ve kept it fully furnished, so you don’t need to buy much. It’s £9 to rent, which is pretty low for a studio in the area — I just wanted to share it with someone who’d actually use it. If you're looking for something simple, quiet, and close to transport, this could work for you. No hassle, just a real place with real life.
