Got a garage I'm renting out — it's a single-storey, brick end-of-terrace unit with a flat roof. Just off Badger Close, GU2 9PJ, near the A3 and close to Guildford Town Centre. The space is in good shape — roof was recently done over and I’ve just fitted a new security door with a defender. There’s also CCTV on the entrance, so it’s pretty safe. It's right next to a residential area, so it’s quiet and secure. I'm letting it out straight away. It's about 128.95 sq ft (11.98 sq m) and the rent is £200 a month — cash only. I'm in Llandudno, Conwy now, so if you're local, no worries about travel. Just thought I'd share it in case anyone's looking for something like this.
