I’m looking for someone serious, ideally a student, and the room’s available from 8th September 2025. No pets, no smoking, not suitable for families or kids.

Parking is off-road, and there’s a nice garden at the back. The house is right on a main bus route and walking distance to the town centre and train station — it’s also handy for getting to Asda and Sainsbury’s.
