2017 Peugeot 308 1.2 PureTech GT Line Hatchback
Description
So, I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2017 Peugeot 308 1.2 PureTech GT Line, 5-door hatch, manual gearbox, and it’s fully Euro 6 compliant. I bought it new in 2016 (registration HG66 TPY), and it’s been my go-to for everyday driving. Only one owner, so it’s been well looked after. It’s white with black leather seats, and has all the basics: electric windows and mirrors, CD player, alloy wheels (18-inch Diamant), aircon, ABS, airbags, parking sensors, and tinted windows. The interior feels fresh — GT-style carpet mats, aluminium pedals, and all the modern bits like a 9.7-inch touchscreen with DAB radio and satellite navigation. I even got the reversing camera and automatic headlamps.
Miles are low — under 21k — and I’ve kept it mostly on the road with regular servicing. The service history is solid: done at Peugeot, Pontypool, Kia, Motazone, and now a final service with us at the castle-cary, Somerset dealership. The MOT and service are both fresh and ready to go when you take it.
I’ve had it checked with HPI — no liens, no history of major accidents or being stolen. It’s also ULEZ compliant, so no issues in London or anywhere with that rule.
It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable, practical, and actually drives well. I’ve used it for commuting and weekend trips — very smooth, good handling, and the PureTech engine is quiet and efficient.
If you’re looking for a solid, low-mileage hatchback that’s not just about looks but actually works, this one’s a solid pick.
I’m based in castle-cary, Somerset, so it’s not far if you’re in the area. If you’d like to see it in person or talk through it more, just give me a ring — 01633 741708.
Also, I’ve got a free 12-month AA breakdown cover for anyone who picks it up — just ask.
I’ve been driving it for years, and I’m happy with how it’s held up. If you’re in the market for something reliable and not too flashy, this might be the one.
