I’ve just sold the building with 4 studio flats in it, and I’m clearing out everything for the new owner. They’re doing a full conversion and want the flats completely empty, so I’m putting all these items up for grabs.

There’s 4 stand-alone electric cookers, 4 fridge freezers, 2 wardrobes, a solid wood bookshelf, and 2 double beds with mattresses. I’ve got a couple of microwaves too — I’ll throw those in for free if you want them. Also, there’s a desk and some chairs — if you’re interested, I can toss those in as well.

I’m not charging a lot — the job lot is £250, but you can pick them up individually too. Cookers go for £50 each, fridge freezers £50 each, wardrobes £30 each (they’ll need dismantling).

I remember one tenant mentioning that one or two of the cookers (maybe the ring) wasn’t working properly — it’s not a big deal, just needs a quick fix, about £15. The rest of the stuff has been used with no issues and no complaints from the tenants.

Pick up is on London Road near the train station. First come, first served. Cash only on the day. If you want to check things out before picking up, no problem — I’m happy to let you test them in the place.
