This is the van I’ve been using for work and really getting to know over the last few years. It’s a 2020 Vauxhall Vivaro 1.5 Turbo D, 2900 Sportive LWB, with air conditioning, manual transmission, and H1 Euro 6 compliance. 100ps, so it’s got enough punch for the job without being too much of a hassle.

I bought it about five years ago and it’s seen a fair bit — loads of local deliveries, a few trips out of town, and even managed a couple of weekend road trips. They’re open six days a week, 9am to 5:30pm, so it’s easy to pop in. I’ve actually been there a few times to check on things — the staff are reliable, and they don’t push anything. They do all work independently, and everything’s AA approved, including safety belt pretensioners.

It comes with a 6-month AA warranty and 1 year breakdown cover — I’ve had a few things go wrong over the years, and it’s been good to have that cover. I’ve also had a few 1, 2, and 3-year options available if you’re thinking about long-term use.
