Got this old reliable Transit from a friend in Langport, Somerset. It’s a 2014 model, diesel, manual transmission, and it’s been mostly kept in good shape — just like how I’d want my own van to be.

It has ABS, alarm, climate control, ESP, xenon headlights, and safety belt pretensioners — all the basics that make a van feel secure on the road. The cassette player’s a bit outdated now, but it’s still there, and the rear spoiler gives it a nice, solid look.

I bought it a few years ago when I was doing a bit of local deliveries, and it held up well. I haven’t driven it much since, so it’s been sitting in a garage, kept clean and mostly unused. The engine runs fine, and the body’s solid — no major dents or rust, just a bit of wear around the doors and undercarriage from years of use.
